President/CEO, Northern Fairfield County

Mid-sized credit union in Northern Fairfield County is seeking a President/CEO.  Must have administrative experience that provides  strategic management of finances with the ability to develop, manage, administer, supervise, and direct the programs and activities of the credit union. Individual must be able to exercise considerable independent judgement in administering and managing the credit union and is responsible for maintaining and improving upon the efficiency and effectiveness of all areas under his/her direction and control. Minimum of 5-10 years of credit union management experience with increasing levels of responsibility required.  Bachelor’s degree and demonstrated ability to work closely with members, board of directors, committees and staff essential.   We offer a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package.
