Joel was an enthusiastic golfer always “chompin’at the bit” as he often said – to play golf. But for those who knew him so well his ‘chompin’ was on his cigar with his friends. Don’t get this wrong, he also chomped on the golf ball. Golf for Joel was not about birdies or pars but the camaraderie with his friends. “Just tell me what I owe” was an oft said beginning to each round.

It’s in this spirit of Joel’s zest for fun and social that we bring this afternoon of ‘fun’ golf and social. An opportunity to remember our friend, honor our friend, share some stories, and hopefully send a decent donation to Hospice of CT.

If you can’t play golf and feel that you could volunteer in some way, just contact one of the individuals in the Contact page and let them know.

So don’t delay. SAVE THE DATE, September 9, 2013 and we’ll see you there. “good lord willin’ and if the cric’ don’t rise”
