Key Responsibilities:

Supervision & Leadership:

• Manage, coach, and mentor the MSR team to provide exceptional member service.
• Monitor MSR performance, provide feedback, and conduct performance evaluations.
• Train new MSR’s on policies, procedures, and best practices.

Operations & Compliance:

• Oversee daily MSR transactions, including cash handling, check deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments.
• Ensure compliance with credit union policies, regulatory requirements, and security protocols.
• Monitor and manage cash levels in MSR drawers and vaults, ensuring accuracy and compliance with cash limits.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies, errors, or member concerns promptly.
• Prepare reports on MSR operations, balancing, and productivity metrics.

Member Service & Sales Support:

• Assist MSR’s in handling complex transactions or member inquiries.
• Promote credit union products and services, identifying opportunities to meet members' financial needs.
• Build strong relationships with members and provide guidance on financial solutions.

Risk Management & Security:

• Ensure all security procedures are followed, including dual control policies and fraud prevention measures.
• Maintain branch safety by enforcing security policies and addressing any suspicious activity.

Qualifications & Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field is a plus).
• 3+ years of experience in banking, credit unions, or financial services, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of teller operations, cash handling, and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in financial software, teller platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Work Environment & Schedule:

• Full-time position with standard business hours; occasional extended hours based on branch needs.
• Primarily in-branch role with standing for extended periods and occasional lifting of cash bags or supplies.
