HR Manager & Executive Administrator/Assistant – Part Time

Primary duties for this position include administering the weekly payroll; the compensation, 401k, health and welfare programs; recruiting and on-boarding staff; serving on HR related committees; and completing special projects as assigned by the President/CEO.
Requirements for success include excellent verbal and written communication, organization and time management, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, the ability to prioritize tasks and delegate when appropriate and the ability to act with integrity, professionalism and confidentiality.
Our newest team member will have a minimum of two years of human resource experience. Experience with payroll systems, HR Performance Solutions products, and any Human Resource related certification is a plus.
