Connex Supports Connecticut Foodshare Through Annual Stuff-A-Bus Campaign

Connex is proud to once again sponsor Stuff-A-Bus, a longstanding community food drive benefitting Connecticut Foodshare. As part of this year’s efforts, Connex made an in-kind donation of $2,500 and a special delivery of 25 frozen turkeys to ensure that families facing food insecurity enjoyed a traditional Thanksgiving meal.

For many years, the Stuff-A-Bus campaign has brought together community members, local organizations, and volunteers to help fill Connecticut Foodshare’s shelves ahead of the holiday season. Connex’s continued support reflects the credit union’s commitment to strengthening the communities it serves.

Connex’s donation of turkeys and funds will directly assist Connecticut Foodshare’s mission to provide nutritious meals to those in need, especially during the holiday season when many households face added financial pressures. Through initiatives like Stuff-A-Bus, thousands of Connecticut residents can enjoy a warm holiday meal with their loved ones.
