Member Services Rep II
$20 per hour
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Assist members in person and on the phone with concerns about their account(s).
- Perform teller transactions as needed, accurately and following established guidelines. Balance checks and/or cash daily.
- Knowledgeable about credit union products, services and the organization
- Understand FTFCU policies and procedures and know the laws, rules and regulations regarding all forms of new accounts.
- Mandatory compliance of all BSA/AML regulations, forms and procedures:
- Ability to open all types of member shares deposit accounts, certificate of deposits
- Resolve issues involving existing members including name/address changes, disputes, etc.
- Follow-up on commitments and member interactions by calling or writing member
- Actively participate in FTFCU business development and other promotional events
- Actively promote and cross sells appropriate products and services to meet individual, departmental and company goals

MINIMUM EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND TRAINING
- High School Diploma or GED
- One-year customer service
- Spanish speaking a plus
- Experience with financial institution computer based operational processes, a plus
- Relationship referring, a plus
