This position is directly responsible for helping with the needs of the members on the teller line. The primary responsibility is to meet, greet, and serve members by providing service on the teller line. The position will assist with transactions, answering member questions, answering phones, assisting in addressing member complaints, and aid in providing information regarding products and services. 

The Business Development Liaison role focuses on building strong relationships with local businesses, community organizations, and local community households, while promoting the credit union’s products, services, and mission. The Business Development Liaison represents the credit union at community events and plays a key role in driving brand awareness and measurable growth.

The Chief Operations Officer (COO) is responsible for overseeing daily operations at the Credit Union, focusing on member interactions, front office services, lending operations, and employee education. This role is crucial for developing and enforcing policies, managing various operational aspects like purchasing and security, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
