Online Counseling Appointments at FD Community Federal Credit Union

FD Community FCU has leveraged its certified credit union financial counselors to help members succeed financially. Members can go on the CU website and put in their information and book time with a FiCEP counselor—meeting the members where they are.

The League’s Foundation—CUBFI— covered the cost of more than 100 FiCEP counselors to help credit unions gain a competitive advantage over other financial institutions. FiCEP gives credit union employees the knowledge to help members succeed financially and advice they can use in their own personal lives.
