President's Message

APEX 2021 is fast approaching and we can’t wait to share this groundbreaking collaborative event with all of you. This first collaboration with the Cooperative Credit Union Association has been met with great enthusiasm. To date, there are over 250 registered attendees and a fully sold-out vendor hall. We have highlighted the impressive group of speakers in past weeks and, today, we highlight the New England Sister Society chapter meeting of the Global Women’s Leadership Network.

The Global Women’s Leadership Network was formed by the World Council of Credit Unions over 15 years ago with the parallel aims of improving financial and professional empowerment for women both here in the United States and abroad.  Since then, the initiative has sponsored many international projects and spawned over 30 sister society chapters throughout the US.

This engaging and important meeting is open to any person who is interested in advancing women in leadership within the credit union industry and improving the economic outlook for women worldwide. The chapter meeting is a stand alone event and registration for APEX is not required. Please join us on Tuesday, October 12 from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
