*There are two ways to cover the cost of admission: You may make a personal contribution to America's Credit Union PAC or credit union and vendor payments can be made to CULCT.

Room Rate:
Single/Double Rooms: $329.00 per night

All reservations must be guaranteed by a valid major credit card, which will be supplied at the time of reservation. Mohegan Sun requires a deposit equal to one night's guestroom and tax to be submitted with each reservation. This deposit will be refunded if the reservation is cancelled prior to forty-eight (48) hours before arrival, after which time, this deposit is non-refundable.
CUT-OFF DATE
The Cut-Off Date for reserving guestrooms in the Room Block is 11:59PM (EST) Friday, January 29, 2026. After the Cut-Off Date it is at Mohegan Sun's discretion whether to accept additional reservations, which will be subject to prevailing rates and availability.
All group attendees will be responsible for their own room, tax, and incidental charges. All reservations that fail to arrive on the scheduled arrival date will be considered no-shows and a charge of one night's room and will be posted to the individual attendee's credit card on file. In the event of early check-out prior to the guest's reserved check-out date, the hotel will add an early check out fee in the amount equal to one-night room and tax to that guest's individual account.

Check-In/Out Details:
On the day of arrival, room availability cannot be guaranteed until 4:00 p.m. On the day of departure, check-out time is before 11:00 a.m. All attendees arriving early will be accommodated as guestrooms become available. Luggage can be stored complimentary with the Bell staff.
