Responsibilities for this role include:
- Under general supervision, perform daily member transactions and promote Credit Union products and services, ensuring efficient and quality service that meets or exceeds sales and service performance standards.
- Execute teller transactions accurately in line with Credit Union policies and procedures.
- Service members by processing all monetary transactions.
- Ensure adherence to security procedures, keeping tellers updated with current policies and procedures.
- Oversee the teller line as instructed by the President, fostering a team environment where employees work together to meet Credit Union objectives.
- Identify and act on referral opportunities by engaging members in open-ended conversations.
- Handle administrative duties.
- Represent Credit Union professionally and courteously to ensure member satisfaction.
- Oversee, mentor, and train Tellers.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of Tellers to ensure departmental efficiency and accuracy.
- Responsible for holding Tellers accountable to their job descriptions and providing the necessary training to meet expectations.
- Duties include assigning departmental tasks and work schedules to Tellers to ensure smooth operations.
- Receive and review monthly timecards before submission.
