The Risk Analyst facilitates the identification of risks throughout the Credit Union and assists with mitigation strategies to help decrease loss due to fraud by identifying and reporting fraud trends and to improve Credit Union operations and internal controls. This person also provides support for the BSA compliance program.

The Member Service Representative provides excellent member service by accurately processing a broad variety of transactions while building and maintaining positive relationships with members. This person also educates, recommends and offers products and services that may be beneficial to our members.

The Digital Service Representative primary focus is originating and processing applications for new membership and deposit accounts received through the Credit Union’s digital channel. This individual works as part of the Digital Banking team to deliver an exceptional member experience, recommending additional products and services to Credit Union members, when appropriate.

The Member Service Representative is responsible for offering solutions to members by phone, email, and secure message. They utilize technology to help members with account inquiries, maintenance, account issues, or concerns, ensuring all interactions are positive service experiences. The Member Service Representative works under the direction of the Member Service Supervisor.

The Credit Union Member Service Representative (MSR) is responsible for delivering excellent service to credit union members by assisting with various account-related inquiries, transactions, and financial products. The MSR ensures members receive accurate information about credit union services, processes financial transactions, and provides assistance with problem resolution. This role requires strong interpersonal communication, attention to detail, and a dedication to creating a positive member experience.
