The Member Solutions Specialist works with members who have recently become delinquent on their loans, credit cards, and/or share drafts. Responsibilities include updating and maintaining all contacted member accounts, Member Solutions spreadsheets, and fielding phone calls and emails from members.

The Credit Union is interested in hiring a Senior Accounting Financial Analyst to join the Accounting Department at Headquarters.  The Sr. Accounting Financial Analyst will report to the VP & Controller and will play a critical role within the accounting team.

The Member Service Representative provides excellent member service by accurately processing a broad variety of transactions while building and maintaining positive relationships with members. Commercial Credit Analyst

Under the general supervision of the Vice President of Digital Banking, supervises all functions of the Member Solutions Center and Digital Account Opening team. This person looks for ways to drive continuous improvement in member service by championing new technology, educates team members, drives production of the digital channel, and ensures compliance with regulatory requirements.
