United Business and Industry Federal Credit Union (UBIFCU) is currently accepting applications for a full-time Member Service Representative. We are looking for a member focused, dynamic, team-oriented individual, who will serve as liaison between the member and the credit union. Responsible for providing account information, opening new accounts, and professionally handling member’s daily credit union needs. This position will also cross sell credit union products and services to existing and potential members, have a working knowledge of the services, types of accounts, and products available. MUST be able to work in a friendly manner, with the ability to work effectively and courteously with member’s face-to-face basis or telephone.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Stellar customer service experience.
• Previous Teller experience or cash handling experience.
• Skill and attention in handling money
• Aptitude for figures and detailed work.
• PC and MS Office knowledge, including Microsoft Word
• Excellent analytical, organizational and communication skills
