Member service representative for a small credit union serving law enforcement in CT. The member service rep is the face of the credit union and the first point of contact for most of our members.
Responsibilities: All teller transactions including, but not limited to, deposits, withdrawals, official checks, money orders, verification of incoming cash shipments. Answers the phone promptly and assists members with inquiries or transactions. Will work to create relationships in order to sell products and service as the need arises. Provides backup to the Operations Clerk.
Qualifications: At least 1 year of cash handling in a financial institution. Credit union experience is preferred. Must be comfortable with Microsoft Office applications.
