The Tobacco Valley Teachers Federal Credit Union in Enfield, CT is seeking an experienced full-time Loan Officer. Candidates must exercise sound judgement and the ability to work independently and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.  This position’s primary function is to assist credit union members with their borrowing needs and offer credit solutions.  Candidates must have experience in underwriting, processing and disbursing consumer loans, equity loans and credit cards.

Qualifications:

• Ability to analyze credit reports and look for the opportunity to cross-sell credit union products.
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to effectively communicate in writing and verbally
• Ability to multi-task
• Experience with public contact and clerical office work.
