Metropolitan District Employees’ Credit Union Inc. is located in Hartford, CT. MDECU is a single SEG-based credit union serving the MDC and their immediate family members.

JOB DESCRIPTION

A part-time MSR is needed to provide coverage Monday-Friday 10 am to 2 pm (flexible with hours). This is a 20-30 hour per-week position. Previous teller experience is preferred.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Offer friendly and supportive service to members.
• Promote credit union products and services.
• Attention to detail with cash and check handling.
• Alert members to special promotions.
• Cross-sell existing products and services.
• Process routine transactions for members including deposits, withdrawals and loan payments.
• Answer telephones, text messages and emails and provide members with accurate information.
• Perform other duties as requested.
