Key Essential Responsibilities:
- Accurately process a wide range of transactions while delivering excellent member service promptly.
- Responsible for meeting all branch and individual performance targets set by senior management, which include increasing membership, opening and servicing new and existing accounts, and processing home loan/consumer loan applications (home equity, auto, personal, credit card, etc.). Additionally, cross-sell other Credit Union products and services.
- Foster and sustain a positive work environment by communicating in a manner that aligns with professional standards to effectively engage with members, co-workers, management, and vendors. Exhibit the Credit Union's core values of Service, Teamwork, Integrity, and Responsibility.
- Stay informed about industry developments, including changes in regulations and technology.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and banking/Credit Union regulations.
- Carry out other duties as assigned.
