CUDE Testimonial

I had the incredible opportunity to attend the Credit Union Development Education (CUDE) Program in Tampa, Florida, in February 2025, alongside 45 other credit union leaders from across the United States. Today, I am proud to be amongst one of the leaders in the industry, recognized and designated as a Credit Union Development Educator (CUDE) – a designation that deepens my commitment to the credit union movement.

The DE Program provided me a deeper understanding of the development issues that impact our communities daily, while also reinforcing the heart and the core of our industry – People Helping People! This experience has not only expanded my knowledge, but also strengthened my ability to drive meaningful change and advocate for financial well-being. I will continue to proudly serve as a leader in the industry, now even better equipped to set the standard in advancing the credit union movement and making a real impact in our communities.

Beyond the invaluable education, I had the privilege of collaborating with like-minded professionals, building lifelong connections with leaders who share the same passion and dedication to serving others. The program was truly a transformative privilege and I will carry these lessons and connections with me throughout my career.
