Mutual Security Credit Union Awarded Grant to Advance Financial Health of Employees and Members

Mutual Security Credit Union (MSCU) is proud to announce that it has been selected by the National Credit Union Foundation (the Foundation) to receive a grant aimed at deepening the credit union’s understanding of the financial health of its employees and members. MSCU is one of 17 credit unions across the United States chosen for this initiative.

The Foundation's grant program, which totals over $600,000, is designed to elevate credit unions' support for their communities' financial well-being.

"This opportunity aligns perfectly with our commitment to fostering financial well-being within our community. By understanding our diverse membership's unique financial challenges, we can develop tailored solutions that empower everyone to thrive financially."

This grant program is a testament to the importance of recognizing the role of culture, race, and ethnicity in shaping financial well-being. It also underscores the unwavering commitment of credit unions like MSCU to create inclusive environments where
