Accounting Manager
The Accounting Manager is a key member of our management team, overseeing all aspects of accounting and financial reporting to ensure the credit union’s financial integrity and operational excellence. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on environment, values collaboration, and enjoys contributing to a mission-driven organization.
You’ll be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing monthly and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP, and managing the general ledger, reconciliations, and reporting processes. You will also oversee the preparation and filing of regulatory reports, including the NCUA Call Report, and support the CEO and Board with financial insights to guide strategic decisions.
Strong analytical skills, a solid understanding of credit union accounting practices, and the ability to lead and support others are essential for success in this role. Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and audit coordination will also help you thrive. A working knowledge of Asset Liability Management (ALM) will allow you the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to ALCO discussions and financial strategy.
As the Accounting Manager, you will be responsible for all aspects of payroll, as well as some minor HR functions.

The salary range for this position is $80,000 – $95,000 annually.
