The credit union provides a wide range of financial services and products for our members. We are dedicated to fostering financial well-being and we offer personalized banking solutions with exceptional service. We are looking for a Member Service Rep II with growth potential.

This is a full-time on-site role for this position. The Member Service Rep II will assist members with their financial needs. Day-to-day tasks include providing excellent customer service, handling phone inquiries, assisting with loan applications, and performing routine teller transactions. Processing daily EFT transactions, accounts payable as well as accounts receivable. Balancing multiple bank accounts, posting accrued accounting entries, being able to multitask, and other duties as assigned.

This role also involves maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with banking regulations. This position has the potential for advancement and as such you will learn all aspects of running a small credit union as well as a backup to the Assistant Manager. 
 

Qualifications

  • Phone Etiquette and Communication skills are critical components of this position
  • Excellent Member service experience
  • Computer Literacy
  • Knowledge of Finance principles and practices
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in a financial institution/ experience in a credit union is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent acceptable, college experience preferred
